Return Policy for My Direct Shop

My online shop is powered by Payhip and fulfilled by Bookvault in the UK.

Print books are made to order and printed specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this, I unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

• Buyer error when selecting product or format

• Shipping delays outside our control

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at tiana@tianawarner.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos showing the issue

I will follow up with Bookvault to make sure your order is fulfilled properly.

eBooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. All digital sales are final unless there is a problem with the file. If you experience a technical issue, please contact me within 7 days of purchase and I will provide a replacement file.
